Attendees reply right in the invitation, with no account and no app. You see in real time who is coming, how many and which menu they chose, and download the list as a file you open in Excel.
For corporate events, the photo album comes with both plans: attendees scan the QR code and upload pictures from their phones, and you download them all in one ZIP file.
Frequently asked questions
Can the company's logo go on the invitation?
Yes. You upload the logo when you create the invitation, and it shows on the invitation alongside the event's name.
How many attendees can I invite?
With the General invitation, one link works for any number of attendees, at a fixed price. With the Individual invitation, every attendee gets a link with their name.
Can I download the list of attendees?
Yes. The list with every reply downloads as a CSV file, which you open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Can we get an invoice in the company's name?
Yes. Fill in the company's details at checkout, and the invoice is made out to the company.
